• The timings for sharing transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• The pick-up will be available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira,Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• ATMs, Prayer rooms, Baby changing and feeding facilities, smoking areas are located on the
  Plaza level.
• Valet parking, Lockers, Strollers are available on extra charges at the venue itself.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
• The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational
  due to technical reasons.
• VIP Experience, Driving Experience and Scuderia Challenge (Advanced Simulators) are not
  included in this ticket.
• Please be note that there is a Ladies Only event in Yas Waterworld every Friday.
• The following rides in ferrari world are unavailable:
  o Fiorano GT Challenge: unavailable until further notice
  o Flying Aces: unavailable from 15 March until 4 April, 2022
• o Formula Rossa Junior: unavailable from 2 April until 2 May, 2022
  o Formula Rossa: unavailable from 12 May until 22 May, 2022.
• Operational Hours –
  o Ferrari World – 12 pm – 8 pm (Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)
  o Yas Waterworld – 10 am – 6 pm (Everyday)
  o Warner Bros World – 12 pm – 8 pm (Everyday)
• Please note during Ramadan operational hours will be as follows :
  o Ferrari World – 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  o Yas Water World -12:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  o Warner Brothers – 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• During Ramadan Ladies Only event will not be in operational.
• Important Note:

o Al hosn app required only for residents people, tourist need to show RT PCR Report and
vaccination certificate.
o Required 96 hours valid RT PCR test report ( UAE based lab)
o A Fully Vaccinated report is required.
